Are mammograms a do or a don’t?

It is a good guess that there isn’t a woman in American that hasn’t either had or heard about a mammogram. Mothers tell their daughters of how “they squash your boobs!” It is wide spread knowledge, however, that mammograms are a MUST for women ages 40 and over…until now.

CNN had an article on Tuesday regarding whether mammograms are still actually worth having! Like many discussions and debates regarding procedures, therapies and studies, there will always be new theories and many of the theories suggest that mammograms save lives.
